Terms and Conditions
Order Placement:
By mutual agreement, the order is placed in writing either by accepting the offer or by signing a separate contract or by placing an order.
Customer's Obligations:
The customer supports the contractor in providing the agreed services, primarily by adhering to the set deadlines, providing all necessary information, and designating a Single Point of Contact (SPoC).
Invoicing:
Invoicing of services and any incidental expenses including VAT is done monthly based on actual expenditure, accompanied by a detailed work report until the cost ceiling is reached.
Changes:
If changes become apparent in the course of the project work which are not part of the offer, the customer will be informed promptly by the contractor.
Confidentiality:
The contractor treats information such as company and personal data provided by the customer for the provision of the services with absolute confidentiality.
Expenses:
Expenses will be charged according to expenditure. Invoicing: The billing of the services as well as any expenses including VAT takes place monthly according to the actual expenditure with the addition of a detailed work report.
Cost Ceiling:
If changes occur during the project work that require additional services not covered by the cost ceiling, the customer will be informed by Mint System in a timely manner. The decision on whether and to what extent the additional work will be performed lies with the customer in consultation with Mint System.
Travel Expenses Flat Rate:
For travel time and costs (Altdorf - Zurich), we charge a flat rate of CHF 150.00 per event. Additional expenses will be charged based on actual expenditure.
