Tutorial - Install Odoo Studio¶
Install and customize a view with Odoo Studio.
Steps¶
Step 0: Install dependency¶
- Open Apps
- Search for Web-Enterprise
- Install module
Step 1: Install module¶
- Open Apps
- Search for Studio
- Install module
Step 2: Update view¶
- Navigate to Manufacturing > Products > Products
- Select random product
- Click Odoo Studio button
- Add
Textfield - Set label to
Video-Link - Change Widget to
URL - Close the ditor
Step 3: Inspect changes¶
- Start developer mode
- Search for Views
- Search for Odoo Studio:

Open the customization and inspect the generated code

Search for Fields
- Search for Video-Link
- Inspect the two changes
